Communications

Functions of the committee:

  • Sound and video support of the Sunday services and other services.
  • Website and social media support
  • Updating the electronic church sign
  • Managing the promotion of church events both inside and outside of Grace

Sunday Morning and Service Support

Grace’s Service team operate both the live streaming and in person support for the A/V system for all services.

We operate a 3 camera system which is run by an AVEM mini pro. Training is provided and schedules are made on a quarterly basis.  We aim to have our teams to only work one Sunday a month. Services are streamed to our YouTube channel.

Website Management

The website is a source for members of the congregation to find out what is happening, but it also functions as a source of information about Grace to those in our community.

Social Media

Grace has a presence on FaceBook and Instagram.

These platforms are mainly used to communicate to the community and the congregation about the work of the church.  We also help spread the word regarding community efforts.

Electronic Sign

This is a wonderful tool which allows us to communicate to those outside of the church about events which are happening in the building. 

The Communications team is always looking for new members and for those wanting to know more about the work we do for the life of Grace.
