Are you an artisan who would like to rent at table at this event?

Please note that Grace is a nut free, scent free and latex free environment.  We will not be able to host vendors who sell scented items of any kind.

We are pleased to announce that Grace United Church will once again be hosting Candy Cane Traditions.

We look forward to seeing both old friends and new.   We invite you to participate in this yearly event.

We are not offering a café, but refreshments will be available for artisans plus a private area to eat should you wish a break from your table.

We offer two options – 12-foot and 6-foot tables/spaces.  The registration fee is $80.00 for a 12-foot space and $45.00 for a 6-foot space.

Your registration fee is non-refundable unless we are unable to accommodate you.

Cheques should be made out to Grace United Church Women.  Please note we cannot accept cheques made out to Grace United Church.

We can also accept e-transfers, using the email UCW@GraceUnitedChurchBurlington.com.   Please include your name in the message section.

Space will be assigned primarily on a first-come, first-served basis.

Setup will take place on Friday, October 31, 2025, between 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm or Saturday November 1, 2025, beginning at 8:15 am.

(I will advise if we can offer Friday afternoon set up as we get closer to the event.)

Although advertised as a 9:30 start, we recommend that all vendors arrive and be ready to sell by 9:00 am as shoppers usually start arriving by 9:15.
