Spring Market at Grace

We are pleased to announce that Grace United Church will be hosting its first Spring Market

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW —

• Date:               Saturday, May  2, 2026
• Time:               10:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Place:              Grace United Church   2111 Walkers Line, Burlington L7M 0Z2    

• COST –
• 6 foot table/space  – $35.00  OR  12 foot table/space – $60.00
• Registration fee is is non-refundable unless we are unable to accommodate you
• Cheques should be made out to Grace United Church Women.  Please note we cannot accept cheques made out to Grace United Church.  We can also accept e-transfers, using the email UCW@GraceUnitedChurchBurlington.com.   Please include your name in the message section.  Space will be assigned primarily on a first-come, first-served basis.
• SET UP –
• Friday, May  1, 2026, between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm or 6:00 and 8:00.
• Vendors may arrive on Saturday May 2, 2026, beginning at 8:15 am.
• All vendors should be ready to sell by 8:45 as the doors open at 9:00 am.

• REFRESHMENTS –
• Drinks and sweets only, will be available
• A private area will be available for you to eat, should you wish a break from your table.
• Please remember that Grace is a nut free, scent free and latex free environment.  Some of the folks at Grace have severe allergies and we want this to be a safe space for all.
